How is our made-to-order items printed?
Our apparel is printed and shipped after your order to minimize waste. Collaborating with our printing partner, Printful, we aim to lessen the fashion industry’s environmental footprint. Shockingly, 85% of textiles produced end up in landfills.
Additionally, the fashion industry as a whole consumes 79 trillion liters of water annually, generates more than 92 million tons of solid waste yearly, and is responsible for approximately 20% of global wastewater and 10% of CO2 emissions.
One in five garments never gets worn before reaching a landfill. By supporting our brand, you’re opting for products made-to-order, reducing fabric waste compared to traditional manufacturing methods.

How long does it take for made-to-order items to be printed?
Our custom-made items typically require 2-7 business days for our partner Printful to print apparel products, with an average print time of about 3 business days.
Approximately 78% of Printful orders are delivered within the same region where they are fulfilled. This strategic placement of fulfillment centers benefits both our business and the environment. It enables quicker delivery times, lower shipping expenses, and contributes to a reduction in CO₂ emissions generated during order transportation.
What are the average arrival times for made-to-order items?
Here are the estimated shipping times to give you an idea of when your package will arrive after receiving a shipping notification.
- US orders: 3-7 business days
- International orders: 7-15 business days
- Canadian orders: 15-30 business days
Why are some items printed at different locations and shipped separately?
Our printing partner, Printful, operates multiple facilities tailored for efficient delivery of your items. Some facilities specialize in DTG shirt printing, while others focus on custom cut and sewn products like leggings and swimsuits. As a result, many items may ship separately at no additional cost to you.
Additionally, items such as stickers and greeting cards are shipped from our own facilities, where we source items from various suppliers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere that USPS does!
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations (last updated on June 18 2024):

I placed an order. When will I get my tracking number?
Once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 4 business days for the item to be shipped and for tracking details to become available as it makes its way to you.
What If I put the wrong address in my order?
We can update the address for your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. However, if the item has already been delivered and cannot be retrieved, please contact us.
What if my order was returned to the sender?
This occurs if USPS requires assistance in locating your address or if there are errors in your address details, such as a missing apartment number or incorrect street name. Upon receiving notification of a return, we will promptly reach out to you to confirm your information.
