What if I have not received part of my order?

We’re sorry to hear that part of your order hasn’t arrived!

If you’re missing part of your order, please follow these steps:

  • Check your dispatch email. If your order is being sent in multiple parts, your dispatch email will only list the items included in that particular shipment. You will receive another dispatch email for the remaining items along with multiple tracking numbers.
  • Look inside the package for the receipt/invoice. This document will outline the items that should have been included in this specific parcel. If everything listed on the invoice is present, the rest of your order will arrive separately.
  • If your order is arriving in multiple parcels, there will be a sticker on the package indicating that the order has been split.
  • If you find that items are still missing after checking the dispatch email and invoice, and these documents confirm that all items were part of your order, please contact our customer services team for further assistance.

How do I know you have received my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an immediate order confirmation message with your unique order number. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to you, which may take up to 60 minutes to arrive in your inbox—please be patient!

Once our warehouse team processes your order, you’ll receive another email notifying you that your order is en route to you.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact the customer support via the website.
